We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, including if you find a treatment or product cheaper elsewhere, decide you no longer like it or have no use for it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
For prepaid treatments, the full cost of the booked treatment will be forfeited.
Beauty of Weybridge operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. However, where we consider the reason for cancellation reasonable, we may, at our discretion, offer the following options:
1. Rescheduling: We may allow you to move your appointment to another day and retain the booked treatment. A £25 administration fee will apply and must be paid to secure the new appointment.
2. Treatment packages: If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, the booked treatment will be deducted from your package.
3. Account credit: We may retain your payment as account credit to use towards other treatments at Beauty of Weybridge. This credit is valid for 12 months.
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable UK consumer law. If a product or service is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Our change-of-mind policy does not affect these rights.
Treatment suitability and results vary between individuals. We exercise due care and skill when providing treatments and will discuss suitability with you before proceeding.
To help us provide appropriate care, please complete all consultation and consent forms accurately and tell us about any medical conditions, medication or other factors that could affect your treatment. Please discuss your expectations with your therapist or healthcare professional so that you understand what your treatment may realistically achieve.
Prepaid treatments offer savings according to the package or prepayment schedule available at the time of purchase.
Prepaid treatments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Packages containing fewer than 10 treatments expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Packages containing 10 or more treatments expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

For returns other than those covered by your statutory rights, products must be unused, unopened, with their seals intact and in the same condition as when purchased.
We do not accept products for exchange or refund if they have been used, opened or are no longer in their original condition, unless required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
